Support For Partners

Advanced Human Imaging provides support to partners if they are unable to solve requests from their users.

Most support requests fall around the inability of a user to capture their front and side images in the BodyScan or having sufficient lighting on a FaceScan. This shows the importance of showing a capture guide to users prior to taking a scan.

Advanced Human Imaging offers training and support documentation to key partner staff so that they are able to support their users.

Prior to integrated solution go-live, Advanced Human Imaging provides end-user support training for partners Level 1 support teams.
