No? well science says so, a study from the University of Alicante in Spain found that keeping a photo diary can keep dieters motivated, making them more likely to achieve their target weight. The study also found that in conjunction with photos, capturing body measurements also proved motivational, in particular waist circumference. <<insert partner name>> enables you to capture, track and compare your body measurements, including waist circumference, and total body fat percentage, as well as provide you with a 3D model of yourself. 1st day of the program | Push Notification
| As it's day 1, time to get a baseline and capture your first set of measurements. Like taking the best Instagram selfie of you, it's important to make sure you understand the key points in capturing your measurements found here <<insert how to reference link >> to get the best, most accurate measurement results. If you don’t follow these key points your measurements will not be accurate. Also for a great baseline, as our scanning technology learns you better over time, we recommend taking 3 – 5 scans in a row as a baseline. 4th day of Program | Push Notification | A tip for the perfect measurement: To capture measurements easily, you’ll need a flat surface at roughly your hips height such as; a kitchen bench, dinner table, bookshelf, adjustable ironing board, or coffee table plus a few books, depending on your height. 8th day of the program | Push Notification | Week 1 complete. Remember: to get the optimal measurement results, make sure you are wearing form-fitting clothing and are following the key image pose steps found here <<insert how to reference link >>. <<insert partner branded side image of examples of elbow and hands in the wrong position. Please note, the base AHI marketing assets shared via AHI marketing asset Dropbox link>> Make sure you have set yourself a regular day/time during the week where you can capture your measurements that are consistent. For example, we recommend first thing on a Friday morning, when you wake up, prior to breakfast, and before the festivities of the weekend commences. |

15th day of the program | Push Notification | Week 2 complete. Did you know that the journey you’re on takes time and is all about the trend? At the start of week 3, and even through week 4, it’s too early to see the big picture on how well you are trending towards your goals, therefore keep up the hard work, and keep capturing your measurements as soon you will see the outcome of your results!!! |
22nd day of the program | Push Notification | Week 3 complete. Time to capture those measurements, if you have not done so already. Now that we have 4 sets of measurements, let’s compare our day 1 vs week 3 measurements. Are there any changes yet? 36th day of the program | Push Notification | Week 5 complete. Whilst 6 sets of measurements are a great start, we do recommend keeping up capturing weekly measurements over 3 – 4 months to truly see the outcomes of your hard work. |
