Example Only
The app experience described below is for example purposes only. It is designed to demonstrate how CompleteScan could be integrated.
A policyholder within an ‘at risk’ category receives a notification for a complimentary health assessment. At a life stage where they’re becoming more aware of health risks, they then take a Face & BodyScan to identify their level of risk.
With the full health data now in the app logic and ecosystem, an intervention program can be triggered based on their health risks. The policyholder is shown a summary, including a recommended course of action to take to help understand and reduce their health risks.
The health risks are validated by a trusted health professional within the provider’s network, with a course of action linked to the policyholder’s account.
Through monthly Face and BodyScans, the policyholder can then start to see improvement trends that validate the provider's offerings.
During the program, offers and rewards are used at specific milestones to incentivize the policyholder to stay on the path of health risk reduction and claims reduction.
Routine Engagement Points On average, there’ll be at least 1 opportunity per month to have a touchpoint with sustained attention from your policyholders.
Data-Driven Health Profiles Over the course of this program, you can track up to 7 health risks* per user from the scans alone, building a rich view of your user's health profile over time.
